Your english is okay. Only thing is "Im" compared to "I'm", and "its" compared to "it's". Of course, some poeple I know have problems with that.
The only thing I can suggest about improving is practice. Practice saying it, writing it, but try to do it correctly. Also, try to practice especially the things that you don't know as well. In your case, grammer. (Not meant as an insult!) Practice that, but don't forget about refining the points you're already good at.
